PERSONAL DATA: Kim has lived in Algonquin for over 16 years with her husband and three children. She enjoys exercising, gardening, attending her son's sporting events, and spending time with family and friends.
GOAL: As the Front Desk Coordinator, Kim welcomes patients to 1st Choice Physical Therapy and will schedule your first appointment for the Initial Evaluation. Having a son who benefitted greatly from physical therapy, she knows firsthand, not only the benefits of physical therapy, but also, knows how to deliver great customer service to: inform you of your insurance benefits, schedule out following appointments and be that 'friendly voice' on the phone.
